What Coffee & Contracts is, in its own words
On 7 September 2026 the Coffee & Contracts homepage led with "Attract real estate clients on Instagram" and "the content, coaching, and strategy to turn your Instagram into a lead-generating machine."
The membership lists weekly lead-attracting social content, a content studio, an AI connector, Instagram analytics, a link-in-bio page, a custom content calendar, email templates and drip campaigns, lead magnets, client resource guides, strategic mailers, trainings and community access.
The pricing page lists one Individual Agent Plan: $74 billed monthly, $199 billed quarterly, or $740 billed yearly with two free months, plus enterprise options for teams by inquiry.
No refund or cancellation terms were stated.
That is a lot of material, and the agent is the one who turns it into posts.
Coffee & Contracts' own help documentation walks members through opening a template in Canva, choosing a variation, changing the text, adding photos and downloading the finished post.
Its materials also say a separate tool is needed to schedule and publish.

Choose it when these are true:
