Your accounts. Your business. Your call.
Connecting a profile should come with clear answers. Here is how boomp.net handles account access, content approval and the data needed to make your posts.
Authorize an account. Keep your password out of Boomp.
What happens when you connect.
Boomp sends you through a Bundle.Social connection flow and the social network’s authorization screen. You sign in with that network and grant access there. Boomp does not ask you to type your social password into its own form.
The connection uses account authorization tokens. For services such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile, you may also need to select the Page, profile, channel or location that will receive posts.
Read the permission screen.
The exact permissions depend on the network and account. Publishing needs access to the destination. Some connections also support account information, post status, analytics or comments.
The network’s authorization screen is the place to inspect the requested scope. This page does not promise an identical or publishing-only permission list across every channel.
See supported accounts and format limitsDisconnect when you choose.
Use the disconnect control for a connected account in Boomp. The app requests a disconnect from Bundle.Social and removes the local account connection. You can also revoke the app’s access in the social network’s own settings.
Disconnecting does not delete posts already on a social feed, delete your Boomp account or cancel a subscription. Check pending scheduled work before disconnecting. Contact support if the connection still appears active or you need help stopping it.
Decide what leaves your account.
- Manual review: the starting setting. Approve, edit or skip the work before it is scheduled to publish.
- Automatic approval: an option you select for new posts in all formats. Existing drafts still need approval. You can turn it off in your settings. Posts already scheduled keep their dates.
- Packs: download the finished work and post it yourself. No social connection is required.
- Done-for-you: a separate paid service where Kathleen reviews and approves the posts for you.
An approved draft, a scheduled post and a published post are different states. Check the published result in Boomp and on the social destination. See the real review controls.
Know what the service needs.
Business and account information.
Boomp uses your account details, public website content, saved business and brand choices, uploaded media and content history to run the service. Review activity can guide later content when there is enough evidence.
A free generator also needs your input and email before it creates new work. Browsing the public examples needs neither.
Retention and deletion.
The Privacy Policy sets out the retention terms and your rights. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@boomp.net from your account email.
Subscription cancellation, social disconnection and a data deletion request are separate actions. Ask support to confirm which data, stored media and connected services your request covers.
For details about backup copies or provider retention, ask support for a written answer before choosing the service.
The services behind your posts.
Boomp uses other services to operate the product. These providers help run the service. A provider’s general features are not all features offered by Boomp.
- Bundle.Social
- Social account authorization, media uploads, scheduling and publishing. It handles the connection between Boomp and the social networks.
- Supabase and Vercel
- Account authentication, application records, stored media, website hosting and application delivery.
- Stripe
- Checkout, subscriptions and payment processing. Card details are entered in Stripe’s payment interface.
- OpenAI, Anthropic, fal.ai and TypeSafe
- Content writing, website analysis, image and video creation, and content checks. Website text, instructions and relevant images can be sent to the provider used for that task.
- Inngest
- Background jobs that prepare content and run scheduled service tasks.
- Resend and Kit
- Service emails and email sequences.
- Sentry and Google Analytics
- Error reports and website measurement.
AI data handling depends on the provider and the task. If you need specific terms about training, retention or processing locations, ask support for those terms.
Clear policies. A person to ask.
Read the existing Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the formal terms. This page explains the product and does not replace those policies.
For account access, deletion requests or a suspected security issue, email support@boomp.net. Describe the affected account and what happened. Do not include passwords, authorization tokens or card details.
