How do you turn a podcast episode into LinkedIn posts?

Pick one idea the speaker made, not the whole episode. Open with a short line that states it plainly. Say what people usually assume, then what the speaker actually said, in their words. Add a few short steps from the advice they gave, and close with one line. A post built from a real moment in the episode sounds like the speaker, because it is the speaker.

What it will not do

  • It does not invent claims. Every post quotes your own words.

  • It needs a real transcript. Show notes or a summary are not enough to write from.

  • It does not post for you. You copy each post and share it yourself.

Questions

What does it make?

Up to five LinkedIn posts from one episode, each about a different idea. Each post opens with a short line, sets what people usually assume against what was actually said, gives three to five short steps from the advice in the episode, and closes with one line.

Where do the posts come from?

Only from your transcript. Every post quotes your own words, and you can open the lines it came from under each post.

What kind of transcript works?

A podcast, video, webinar or talk where someone explains how they think. Timestamps and speaker names are fine. Paste at least a few paragraphs and up to 60,000 characters, about an hour of talk.

Why are there fewer than five posts?

We only keep posts we can back up with your own words. A short episode, or one that stays on a single idea, gives fewer posts rather than filler.

Do you keep my transcript?

No. We do not keep your transcript or your posts. We save your email to send you tips from boomp.net. You do not need an account.

Can it run again for the same email?

The free tool writes one set of posts per email. Creator Studio writes posts like these for every episode.

Is it free?

Yes. Enter your email to get your posts. No account or card.

Does it post to LinkedIn for me?

No. You copy each post and share it yourself, so you can change anything first.
