- Subscribe to a plan (payment information processed by Stripe)

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

- Referring website addresses

How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our service
- Create and publish social media content on your behalf
- Analyze your website to generate brand-matched content
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send service-related communications
- Monitor and improve our platform
- Respond to customer support requests
- Generate anonymized, aggregate insights about how local businesses use social media (no individual business or user is ever identified in any published research or reports)
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure.
- Google Analytics — Website analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate visits, pages viewed, and referral sources on boomp.net.
- Google Ads — Ad measurement. We share confirmed subscription payments with Google using the amount, currency, and a unique order reference. We do not send your email address with this event. Enhanced conversions and ad personalization are disabled.
- Meta — We use Meta's pixel and its server connection to measure our ads. When you pay, we share your email in scrambled form, the plan and the amount with Meta.
- Bundle.Social — Social account authorization, media uploads, scheduling, and publishing. It handles account authorization tokens to connect Boomp to the social networks.
- Social media platforms — We connect to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and other platforms via their official APIs to publish content on your behalf. Permissions depend on the network and account. They may include account information, publishing, post status, analytics, or comments.
Social media account access
When you connect a social account, you authorize access through Bundle.Social and the social network. Review the requested permissions on the network's authorization screen. Boomp does not ask you to enter your social password in its own form.
You can review and approve content yourself or select automatic approval for new posts. Existing drafts still need approval. You can turn automatic approval off in your settings. Posts already scheduled keep their dates.
You can disconnect any social media account at any time from your dashboard.
Data retention
Subscription cancellation, social account disconnection, and a request to delete data are separate actions.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact support@boomp.net from your account email. Ask support to confirm which account data, stored media, and connected services your request covers.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Disconnect social media accounts at any time
- Cancel your subscription at any time
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar browser storage when needed to run the site, maintain your session, remember preferences, and keep the service secure.
We use Google Analytics on boomp.net to understand aggregate website usage, such as pages visited and referral sources. For US visitors, Google Ads cookies help connect ad clicks to paid subscriptions across boomp.net and app.boomp.net. Advertising storage stays disabled outside the US. We also keep it disabled when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can use these browser settings to opt out of advertising cookies.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
