Best Sendible Alternative for Small Business (2026)

Disclosure: boomp.net is ours, and it is one of the options on this page.

The best Sendible alternative depends on why you are leaving. If you pay for a workspace you barely fill, Meta Business Suite is free for Facebook and Instagram, and Buffer and Metricool price by channel or by brand. If you need approvals without moving up to Sendible Plus, Loomly Starter includes them. If the real problem is that nobody makes the posts, compare boomp.net software, which works from your website, with a human service such as $99 Social.

We publish this comparison at boomp.net, one of the options below. We read Sendible's official pricing page on October 9, 2026. Loomly, Buffer, Metricool and SocialBee were checked on their official pages October 9, 2026; Meta Business Suite and $99 Social on October 7, 2026. We compared published facts and did not test every paid plan.

Start with the work you want to remove

Sendible is a scheduler and inbox built for teams, with unlimited users on every plan. Its Core plan covers one workspace of six social profiles, which Sendible describes as essential management for one or two brands or locations. Three parts of that design decide the fit:

  • You pay by the workspace. Each holds six profiles, and a seventh profile means another workspace.
  • Approvals come with Plus. Assigning a post for approval is listed from Plus, not Core.
  • It schedules posts; it does not make them. The AI assistant helps write captions, but someone still decides what to say, finds the images and fills the calendar.

Prices: compare the unit as well as the number

Prices are in US dollars, and annual prices are monthly equivalents. A workspace, a channel, a brand and a finished post are different units.

Your baseline, checked October 9, 2026: Sendible Core is $35 a month on monthly billing for one workspace with six social profiles and unlimited users. Plus is $99 a month on monthly billing for three workspaces, and it adds assignment and approvals. Yearly billing costs 15% less. Each extra workspace adds six profiles; on Core, the page's workspace counter adds $35 a month on monthly billing for each one. Sendible lists no free plan, and its 14-day free trial needs no card.

Which alternative fits your business?

1. Meta Business Suite: one business on Facebook and Instagram

If those are your only two networks, Meta's free tools schedule posts for both, and a six-profile workspace is more than you use. You still need the captions, photos and a review step. A LinkedIn or Google Business Profile requirement changes the choice. Meta's product overview.

2. Buffer: you want to pay by the channel

Buffer is the plainest step down for an owner who already has content. It prices by channel, so you pay for the accounts you connect rather than for a block of six. Its AI Assistant helps create and refine copy, but you still supply the business details and the media. Buffer plans.

3. Metricool: you want reports, priced by brand

Metricool combines scheduling, analytics and an AI assistant. Its free plan covers one brand and 20 posts a month, without LinkedIn or X. Paid prices rise with the number of brands, so price each location as its own brand before you compare. Metricool plans.

4. SocialBee: you repeat useful content by category

SocialBee suits recurring tips, service explanations and evergreen material. Its Bootstrap plan covers five profiles for one user and includes unlimited AI content generation for captions and images. Post approval is listed with the next plan up, Accelerate. SocialBee plans.

5. Loomly: you need approvals on the entry plan

Loomly is the closest tool like Sendible for a small team that signs off on posts. Starter includes an AI assistant, approval workflows and roles for three users across twelve accounts. The trade runs the other way from Sendible: Loomly caps users, while Sendible caps profiles per workspace and adds approvals on Plus. If you are designing the sign-off chain, see the approval workflow guide. Loomly plans.

6. $99 Social: you want people to make the posts

The company says its writers and designers prepare the posts from your onboarding brief and publish after approval. Confirm revision limits, supported channels and cancellation notice before you start. $99 Social's published offer.

7. Posts made from your website: boomp.net

This is the software we make. It reads your business website and creates captions and on-brand images, with carousels and short videos on paid plans. Packs, at $9 a month, delivers ten finished posts for you to publish, with nothing connected. Core, at $39 a month, makes 20 static posts, one carousel and one video, and publishes them to your connected channels. On Core each post waits for your approval before it goes live. You can turn on auto approval in settings, and then new posts go out on your schedule without that step. You still check business facts and tell us about changes the website does not show.

Sendible's AI can write captions too. The difference is where the work starts: there you prompt the AI from a calendar, and here the posts arrive made from what your website already says. Our software does not replace Sendible's inbox or client workspaces, and no plan includes ads, comment replies or photo shoots. The separate done-for-you service, $275 a month, has the founder review and approve each post for you; it is not an agency.

Make ten free posts from your website. Enter your website address and email, and the link arrives by email. No account or card is needed, and the sample does not publish anywhere. Then compare the plans.

When to stay on Sendible

For some businesses, Sendible fits better.

  • Many people need a login. Every plan includes unlimited users, so a freelancer, a client or a front-desk manager adds no seat cost.
  • You answer comments in one place. Every plan includes one inbox for mentions, comments and messages, plus replies to Facebook ad comments.
  • Each client or location needs its own space. A workspace keeps its own profiles, calendar, inbox and reports, and you can add workspaces without changing plans.
  • Clients connect their own accounts. Client Connect lets a client link a profile without sharing login details, on every plan.
  • You post on a set rhythm. Smart queues, repeating posts, CSV bulk scheduling and an RSS auto-poster come with every plan.

If those are daily jobs, check each one against a replacement before you move.

Three example decisions

These are planning examples about hypothetical businesses, not customer results.

A coffee shop owner posts to one Facebook page and one Instagram profile. Sendible Core is $35 a month on monthly billing for six profiles, and four of them sit empty. Meta Business Suite covers both networks for free, and Buffer's free plan covers up to three channels. Making the posts stays with the owner either way.

A business with two locations has a Facebook page and an Instagram profile for each, and the manager approves every post. Those four accounts fit in one Sendible Core workspace, but assignment and approvals start on Plus, at $99 a month on monthly billing for three workspaces. Loomly Starter covers twelve accounts and three users with approvals included, at $65 a month on monthly billing. Once more than three people need a login, Sendible's unlimited users start to matter.

A two-person accounting practice signed up for Sendible, and the calendar stayed empty. The scheduler was not the gap; the posts were, so compare a sample of finished work before buying another tool. Packs leaves publishing to the owners; Core publishes each post after approval, unless the owners turn on auto approval; and done-for-you at $275 a month adds founder approval. A human service adds a briefing relationship: $99 Social's ten-post plan on two channels is $109 a month, $99 plus one $10 channel add-on. The website-to-post guide shows how to check a sample.

Move from Sendible without posting twice

  1. Check your billing. Standard plans have no contract and can be cancelled at any time. A card added during the trial is billed automatically when the trial ends. If you only need fewer profiles, remove extra workspaces in your subscription settings instead.
  2. Export the calendar. Sendible's calendar view exports and prints as a PDF. Save the images and videos you will reuse outside either tool.
  3. List the queue, workspace by workspace. Each workspace has its own queues, so record every scheduled post with its profile, date and time.
  4. Stop the posts that schedule themselves. Smart queues, repeating posts and the RSS auto-poster keep publishing on their own, so pause them before you recreate anything in the new tool.
  5. Choose one switch date. Sendible owns every post before it and the new tool every post after it. Delete each moved post from Sendible in the same sitting.
  6. Test one post. Connect each account in the new tool, check the time zone and confirm the post appeared on the right account. A scheduled status is not proof.
  7. Decide where comments go, then disconnect. If your team answered messages in Sendible's inbox, agree who answers them now, recheck both calendars for duplicates and remove each profile from Sendible.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best Sendible alternative for a small business?

It depends on why you are leaving. Meta Business Suite is free for Facebook and Instagram. Buffer prices by channel and Metricool by brand, and both have free plans. Loomly Starter includes approvals, which Sendible adds on Plus. If nobody has time to make the posts, compare boomp.net software, which works from your website, with a human service such as $99 Social.

How much does Sendible cost, and is there a free plan?

Sendible Core is $35 a month on monthly billing for one workspace with six social profiles and unlimited users. Plus is $99 a month on monthly billing for three workspaces and adds assignment and approvals. Yearly billing costs 15% less. No free plan is listed; the 14-day free trial needs no card. We checked the official pricing page on October 9, 2026.

What is the closest tool like Sendible?

For a small team, Loomly is the closest: both are schedulers you operate, with an AI assistant, approvals and a place to answer comments. Loomly Starter is $65 a month on monthly billing for 12 accounts and 3 users, approvals included. Sendible Core is $35 a month for six profiles and unlimited users, with approvals added on Plus. Both checked October 9, 2026.

Does Sendible create social media posts for you?

Not on its own. Sendible's AI Assist generates captions and ideas and rephrases copy, with no usage limit on any plan. Someone still decides what to say, supplies the images, checks the facts and fills the calendar. It is software you operate, not a team that makes the posts.

Is boomp.net a Sendible alternative?

For part of the job, yes. The boomp.net software reads your business website and makes captions and on-brand images. Packs sends ten finished posts a month for you to publish. Core adds connected publishing, and you approve each post before it goes live, unless you turn on auto approval. It does not replace Sendible's inbox or its client workspaces. The separate done-for-you service, $275 a month, adds founder review.

How do I switch from Sendible without posting twice?

Export the calendar as a PDF and list every scheduled post, workspace by workspace. Pause smart queues, repeating posts and the RSS auto-poster, because they publish on their own. Pick one switch date so only one tool owns each post. Test one post in the new tool, confirm it reached the right account, then move the rest and disconnect Sendible.
